A Message from Fr. Ron

On April 29, 2025, I will be celebrating 30 years sharing the priesthood with Our Lord Jesus Christ. Unfortunately, I had to forfeit my 25th anniversary in 2020, due to Covid-19. I write to invite you to an open house. I am returning for this celebration to my home parish in Terryville, Ct. Priests refer to the parish they were reared in, as a “home parish.” I am one of six vocations from my home parish, and I am the last surviving vocation. There were four priests and two nuns. The Lord gave me the privilege of knowing and conversing with all of them, and the distinct privilege of celebrating the life and funerals of the two nun vocations.

Please join me in this celebration of 30 years serving the good people of the Archdiocese of Hartford. Below, please find the particulars of the day: May 4, 2025, Mass at 3 PM St. Casimir Church Terryville, Ct. 19 Allen St. (This takes care of the Sunday obligation.) May 4, 2025, Reception in the Church Hall of St. Stanislaus Church Bristol, Ct. 510 West St.

PLEASE: NO GIFTS – Please bring a potluck dish as your gift to St. Stanislaus Church Hall, before Mass. St. Stanislaus Hall will be open. I would love for you to join me on this special occasion to celebrate you and your kindness to me over these 30 years.

Fr. Ron
